Sales & Acquisitions
Sales & Acquisitions generate high volumes of work in short timeframes under pressure.
- Independently or with your teams, identify and engage acquisition and sales opportunities 
- Represent you in commercial dealings 
- Manage and undertake due diligence process 
- Prepare documents including strategies, reports, presentations and Board papers 
- Undertake KYC / closing 
- Manage administration, consultants, costs and stakeholder relationships
